Additional Info

Use the Additional Info page to collect, track, and manage student health insurance information, as well as other additional information.

1. Navigate to the Additional Info page.

2. Enter information as needed in the Insurance section.

3. Enter information as needed in the Other Information section.

4. Click Submit.
